Movement is How People Connect To The Vitality of Life.

A new work in progress (for 2011 and beyond):
Modern Movement Through Martial Art Tradition (tm).
I walked in pitch darkness in the woods and on the beach and stared up at the stars over the holiday weekend and realized that Aikido is no longer a part of my life.
Part of the feeling of being "Stuck" that I've sensed for the past 3 years has had a lot to do with how I relate to my martial art training.
It isn't Aikido anymore, it has changed from "wanting" to be a self-defense style and "wanting" to be "spiritual" to just evolving into it's own entity.
